What this site collects

• We don't ask for your name, phone number or email address on this site.
• The optional questions on our pages, including your ZIP code, are handled in your browser only. Your answers are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you leave the page.
• We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising tags or session recording on this site.
• Our fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It keeps this in server logs for a limited period.

If you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and your message. Email to our address passes through Cloudflare, which forwards it to our Google mailboxes. We use it only to reply to you, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

When you call

Calls to the number on this site are handled by Marketcall, the pay-per-call network that routes calls, and by the provider you're connected with. They receive your phone number and details of the call, may ask for your ZIP code, and may record the call. Their own privacy policies apply to the information they handle.

We may receive reports from Marketcall about calls made through this site, such as the date, length, status and general location of a call. We use these reports to run and pay for the service. We don't use them to contact you.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell or rent personal information.

Changes

If we add analytics or advertising tags, or start collecting anything new, we'll update this notice first and change the date at the top.

Children

This site is for homeowners. It isn't meant for children under 13.
